  1. Order Cancellation
    Physical Products
    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been processed or shipped.
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Refundable Items

    • Donation-related payments
    • Products already used or damaged by the customer
    • Services already completed
    Because many of our products are digitally delivered or print-on-demand, refunds may not be possible once production or delivery has started.

    If a return is approved:

    • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
